BE BOLD FOR CHANGE
SUPPORT WOMEN'S WRESTLING
March is women's history month with March 8th, 2017 being International Woman's Day. Women's wrestling is truly creating history.
We need to take action that truly drives the greatest change for women’s wrestling.
January 14th, 2017 Colorado held its first ever girls-specific high school wrestling tournament at Frederick High School. There were 7 brackets with 80 girls from 42 high schools.
On February 12th, 2017 Kansas held its first all female high school wrestling tournament. 56 girls from 36 high schools competed at McPherson High School.
Women’s wrestling is one of the fastest growing sports at the scholastic and collegiate levels. As the sport grows, so does the need for support.
As seen in Rio with Helen Maroulis bringing home the first ever USA women’s gold medal, what was considered impossible, is now a reality!
The women of USA Wrestling continue to strive to be the best in the World and with your help, changes can be made and barriers broken.
Our goal is to raise $50,000 in 5 weeks for women's wrestling.
These women need your support and every donation makes a difference for women’s wrestling at all levels.
We need to be bolder than we have ever been and provide opportunities that these women never had.
